Stefanos Alexiou actually played Jimmy Page’s Dazed and Confused on March 24th, 2012 but because the Led Zeppelin’s publishers kept blocking this video on YouTube, although Stefanos played his own version using just his guitar and a cello bow for 26+ minutes, the video ended up on YouTube with a 3 month delay.
On May 28th, 2012 Stefanos covered Iron Maiden’s “Phantom of the Opera”.
On April 26th Stefanos covered Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man”!
On April 20th od 2011 Stefanos played his version of “Machine Gun” by Jimi Hendrix.
I’m speechless! My “Voodoo Child” cover was broadcasted live worldwide yesterday, January 4th on Steve Vai’s project GuitarTV.com
That’s the third time that one of my videos was featured on GuitarTV’s bi-monthly hourly “Fresh Talent Showcase” program. Yesterday’s show was the last show of this series and I believe that I’m not only the youngest featured on the show but also the only guitarist that was featured 3 times in the show. 🙂
